Ubuntu Presence offers extended, trusted human presence through longer or more difficult moments, giving families comfort when they cannot be there themselves. THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED FOR MOMENTS LIKE: • Returning home after hospital or surgery. • The first difficult days after a bereavement. • A treatment, appointment or diagnosis feels daunting. • Family are travelling or live far away. • A long, lonely or emotionally heavy day. • A major life transition needs steady human presence. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: • Four hours of calm, consistent presence. • Flexible support shaped around the person and the moment. • Conversation, quiet time or practical presence as appropriate. • Updates during the visit when requested. • A final family summary.
